HOT Recovery is an Infrared Sauna service offered by Chocolate Box Training. Chocolate Box Training does note provide medical advice, education or treatment related to Infrared Sauna usage. The information provided on our website is for informational purposes only and should not replace the advice and knowledge of a healthcare professional.
All information provided is general. It does not address individual circumstances or medical conditions. Always consult your doctor or health professional for medical advice, particularly if you are unsure if Infrared Sauna usage is right for you.
Upon making a booking with us, you acknowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss or death. Chocolate Box Training is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our facilities.
Booking Policy
Bookings can be made via the Chocolate Box Training App, MINDBODY App or the online timetable www.chocolateboxtraining.com/pages/timetable. A confirmation email will be sent shortly after the booking has been made. For single sauna session purchases, payment is required upon booking. For memberships, payment is withdrawn weekly. Certain billing details will be collected by our third-party biller (EziDebit).
Memberships run on a weekly cycle with subsequent bookings to be made within this period. If visits are not used within the week, you forfeit these sessions. We do not provide refunds or extensions in these circumstances. Members are able to book up to 3 weeks in advance.
Single sauna sessions are valid for a total of 14 days from the purchase date. Beyond this period, bookings will expire and returns, refunds and extensions will not be offered.
Membership & Pricing Policy
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and all transactions processed in Australian Dollars ($AUD). Prices, products, offers and memberships include GST but exclude transaction fees.
A transaction fee of $0.69 applies to all transactions. Note there is an additional transaction fee of 2.2% for any purchases made using credit cards. These fees are automatically applied to each transaction and are not covered by Chocolate Box Training.
Discounted sauna sessions are only available during specific promotional periods or in exceptional circumstances as approved by senior management.
Prices may increase from time to time. Chocolate Box Training commits to notifying you of this in advance.
Memberships are available for HOT Recovery exclusively. By subscribing to this membership, you adhere to Chocolate Box Training’s membership Terms & Conditions. There are two memberships available:
- One session per week at $29 for single suite and $39 for double suite.
- Two sessions per week at $50 for single suite and $65 for double suite.
There are no additional charges for the use of the double suite. The double suite can be occupied by a maximum of two people only.
The single suite has a maximum occupancy of one person only.
All memberships are non-transferrable. The member who holds the membership must be present for scheduled bookings. All memberships operate on an automatic weekly debit cycle. We do not offer fortnightly or monthly memberships for HOT Recovery. Bookings must be made in line with our Booking Policy.
Single sauna sessions are available to purchase at a cost of $40 per session for the single suite and $55 per session for the double suite.
Refunds, Exchanges & Credits
Chocolate Box Training does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, extensions or transfers on any Infrared sauna bookings for change of mind, injury, illness, no show or any other reason.
Suspensions
HOT Recovery memberships can be suspended in line with Chocolate Box Trainings Suspension Policy:
If we agree, you may freeze your membership for travel, medical or hardship. We do not hold memberships for laziness, lack of use or lack of motivation. We hold memberships for a maximum of 4 weeks for holidays (if travelling for longer, please supply documentation), maximum of 8 weeks for injury and a maximum of 12 weeks for pregnancy (however, we do assess these requests on a case by case basis).
All suspension requests must be emailed to hello@chocolateboxtraining.com with 10 days notice. We do not process suspensions that are requested with less than 10 days notice.
Cancellation Policy
We have a cancellation window of 24 hours for all Infrared Sauna bookings. It is preferred that any cancellations are made either via the Chocolate Box Training App or the MINDBODY App. Cancellations will also be accepted via phone or email.
Should you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your confirmed booking, you will forfeit the session. If you do not turn up to your scheduled booking, you will forfeit the session. We do not provide refunds or extensions in these circumstances.
If you cancel your appointment prior to the 24 hour cancellation window, you will be credited back the session to be used within your personal weekly direct debit schedule (if on a recurring membership), or within 14 days of the date of one-off session purchase.
New Client Policy & Procedure
New Clients to HOT Recovery will be required to register an account on the Chocolate Box Training App in order to make an initial booking. We ask that new clients read the Terms & Conditions at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. This is found in the email confirmation that is sent shortly after making the booking.
Etiquette
At Chocolate Box Training and HOT Recovery, we kindly ask that you respect staff and other members of the community each time you visit. In addition, we ask you to respect the facilities, systems and processes of the business at all times.
Clients are required to arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled session time and check in at the front desk. It is mandatory to bring at least one towel and 2L of water with you to each session. If you do not have a towel, you are required to hire one for $3 per session. If you do not have water, you can purchase one from the front desk.
Before beginning your sauna, you are required to rinse off in the showers provided and ensure you are towel-dry before entering the sauna. During your sauna, please sit on your towel. Session times are a total of 50 minutes in duration. This includes the pre-sauna rinse. Upon completion of your session, please ensure you exit the room within 5 minutes to allow cleaning staff to prepare for the next session.
Single suite sessions are to be used by one individual at a time. Double suite sessions are to be strictly used by two individuals at a time, no more. Non-members who attend as guests, must sign the waiver at the front desk before beginning the session.
Infractions and Insufficient Funds
Any dishonours resulting from insufficient funds or other reasons will incur a dishonour fee of $15.80 from our third party biller (Ezidebit). It is the responsibility of the member or user to ensure sufficient funds are available and the correct billing details are provided. Chocolate Box Training is not held responsible for these external charges.
Privacy Policy
HOT Recovery operates under the Chocolate Box Training Privacy Policy.
Consumer Guarantee
Chocolate Box Training guarantees that the services delivered by HOT Recovery are provided in line with Australian Consumer Law Consumer Guarantee.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us, our employees, contractors, officers, and directors from all liabilities, claims and expenses that arise from your misuse of the Facilities, Site and Services.
You release Chocolate Box Training and the service offered as HOT Recovery, and agree to indemnify HOT Recovery in respect of any third party claims, action, suits, demands, costs and expenses for damage or injury to person or property arising directly from use of purchased services.
