Our welcoming and experienced Pilates instructors can support you through any injury management or physical conditions in class so you can exercise worry-free. Out of class, our dedicated in-house Allied Health Professionals team can care for you too.

TRADITIONAL REFORMER PILATES
Feel the burn as you work through a variety of compound strength exercises on the Reformer bed. Get stronger, leaner and become more flexible whilst staying pain and injury free. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced options available in this class.
ATHLETIC REFORMER
Looking for a mixture of Reformer and cardio? Athletic Reformer was made for you! A faster paced, higher intensity session where you will get your heart rate up and work up a bit of a sweat! If you haven't tried this class, be sure to give it a go.
REFORMER STRETCH
45 minute class focused on mobility and stability. Work through a series of poses that will open up the body and elongate the muscles. A great active recovery session through the week. Trust us, your body will thank you.
Thursdays 4PM, 5PM & 6PM. Book in through your CBT app.
