This program requires a genuine commitment to complete the 40-day program as advised by your coaches. Participants must pass a qualification call to be accepted into the program. Because we need to know that you want change.

FORTY STRONG FAQS

FORTY STRONG is a body composition change and fat loss program tailored specifically for busy male professionals aged 40+ years. this 40-day program is designed to deliver results through personalised support and tactical strategies. To ensure FORTY STRONG is the right program for you, participants are required to have an initial qualification call with one of our coaches.

The program is highly specialised and tailored to your needs. Ideally, you have access to a gym through either a membership or an at home gym set up. Your equipment limitations and gym access is covered as part of your initial consultation call.

If you live in Sydney, you can access our purpose-built FORTY STRONG gym as part of the IN GYM program membership.

FORTY STRONG online is delivered through our purpose-built app, and feartures a weekly program with daily workouts. These workout are tailored to your goals and include target weight and rep ranges, as well as rest intervals.

There are two options to choose from.

  • Online Coaching ($70 per week): Personalised coaching and support from our Head Online Coach, Kris Hedlund. This program requires a qualification call to ensure it is the right program for you and to allow Kris to ensure the program is tailored to your exact needs.
  • Online "Quick Start" ($29 per week): This Online Progam allows you to start immediately - with access to our standardized Forty Strong program. You simply need to subscribe to the program and you can get started immediately.

The app is our most intuitive and advanced to date, and includes video exercise library, as well as rest interval timers, nutrition tracking, community engagement and coaching through in-app chats and video call one-on-ones.

Yes, each session we record our daily workout results through our our online program app to monitor results and track weekly progress.

There are many free online training programs, but these lack personalisation, accountability and expert coaching by professionals with proven results. FORTY STRONG requires genuine commitment to the process and effort. Unlike a free online program that will let you get away with a few missed days, FORTY STRONG is here to hold you accountable and provide you with tailored strategies to ensure you get results.

There are two program options:

FORTY STRONG - IN GYM program costs $150 per week.

FORTY STRONG - ONLINE program is $110 per week (subscription) or $600 up front.

Both programs last for 40 days (6 weeks total).

After submitting an Expression Of Interest form, you will be provided with details to arrange your qualifcation one-on-one call, as well as further instructions on how to complete the required pre-consultation form. Once you've spoken to one of our coaches and you're official in the FORTY STRONG program, you will be provided with your training program and can begin immediately.

Each workout is tailored to your needs and equipment. An example of a daily workout would be:
